Make A Booking


Any guest staying at the Astor House, whether booking directly or through OTA (Expedia, Booking.com), is expected to be aware of and honor all of our policies.


See guest room descriptions for current standard rates. Rates do not include state and local taxes. Discounts for corporate contracts (Sun.-Thur.) Government per diem is honored. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or 50% payment of the cost of a night’s stay, including tax. 


All credit card types are accepted.  We only take payment via credit cards.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in is from 4-6 p.m. Please plan accordingly.  Early check-in must be requested in advance.  A $25 convenience fee will be charged. 
  • If your arrival time will be later than 4-6 p.m., please call to make a check-in appointment. 
  • If a check-in hasn’t occurred by 10 p.m., and no one has contacted the Inn to make a late check-in appointment, the reservation will be canceled, and the full amount of the reservation will be charged.   
  • Check-out is at 11 a.m.  Late check-outs may incur an extra charge of $25 per hour.

Additional Policies

  • Two-night minimum stay during Packer Home Games, EAA, some holidays, and other special weekends. (Advance reservations are strongly recommended.)
  • The premises are for the use of Astor House guests only. All guests must be registered with the innkeepers. Registered guests may not bring additional people to the suites or common areas.”
  • Rooms are double-occupancy.  Limited rooms can accommodate more than two guests, at the innkeepers discretion.  There’ll be a $35 charge for an approved third person in a suite.
  • We are an adult (21+) only B & B, no children, no exceptions.
  • No pets other than service animals.
  • All rooms are non-smoking.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside or on the porch. Smoking is permitted only at least 15 feet from entryways on the grounds.
  • We offer one vehicle space per room.  We have no space for recreational vehicles such as campers. 
  • No flame candles.  
  • Jacuzzi Tubs: No more than two persons weighing a total of less than 400 pounds.  The total human weight capacity in the Jacuzzi is 400 pounds, and this should never be exceeded. Misuse of Jacuzzis will result in a minimum fee of $250. 
  • Jacuzzi Jets must not be used after 10 pm or before 8 am.  
  • Reservations include two standard or vegetarian (no meat) breakfasts. We’re happy to accommodate special dietary needs or preferences. There’ll be a $10 charge per person, per breakfast, to create courses outside of our typical menu. This includes gluten-free, dairy & egg free, plant based, keto, vegan and any other special requests.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are accepted with a full deposit refund up to 7 days before your arrival date.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit.
  • SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PACKER GAMES & SPECIAL EVENTS:  Rooms reserved for home Packer game days and other special events may require a two-night minimum.  A 50% deposit will be charged upon making the reservation, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card within 90 days of the initial reservation.  The full amount of the reservation on weekends of home Packer Games will be forfeited upon cancellation, regardless of the notice given, unless we can re-rent your room. 

Extra Charges

Damage to Property – Guests are expected to use items in a manner that is consistent with proper use. Guests are responsible for any damage to property. 
Excessive Cleaning Fee is $25 per hour if required cleaning is above the norm. 
If guests choose to retain any items, such as coffee mugs, we’ll charge the card on file.

The Innkeepers reserve the option to refuse or terminate a reservation if it interferes with the positive experience of our guests and the care of our home and business.  
The Astor House does not rent out rooms for a portion of a day or for photo shoots.”
