Green Bay Sports and History Tours

Green Bay Sports. Packers themed Segway Tour

In Green Bay, we take all sports seriously, but none more so than football. There are several tours that are both entertaining and educational. Close to Lambeau Field, two self-guided walking tours can satisfy both Packers’ fans and history buffs. The Oneida Nation Walk of Legends is a public art walkway near Lambeau Field that features twenty-four large granite-engraved monuments honoring the history of Green Bay Football. The Packers Heritage Trail pays homage to the history of Green Bay Packers and the people of Green Bay. Exploring this Trail will help explain the devotion of the team’s fans. You can also take the City Trolley Tour to see the Trail in a climate controlled trolley. Another fun way to do the tours is with segway. Glide NEW has various tours, including Packers themed and historic themed tours.

Football is not the only sports game in town. Resch Center is the arena for hockey games in Green Bay. There will be a number of games in October, including college hockey games and the US Hockey League games. Our hometown team, the Green Bay Gamblers, will take on Bloomington and Lincoln in mid and late October, which makes for a spectacular night out in Green Bay.
